Charter payment Schedule:
 50% upon booking confirmation
 50% one-month prior embarkation

Cancellation Policy:
a. Cancellation fee of 30% of the total charter fee, for bookings cancelled within a period of more than 60 days prior to boat embarkation.
b. Cancellation fee of 50% of the total charter fee, for bookings cancelled within a period of 60-30 days prior to boat embarkation.
c. Cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee, for bookings cancelled in a period less than 30 days prior to boat embarkation.

Discounts:
 Early Booking 10%(Until 31/01)
 Two weeks discount 5%
 Three weeks discount 10%
 Repeater Client 5%
 Boat Show 5%
Maximum Discount per booking 20%

SAILING LICENSE REQUIREMENT:
In case of bareboat charter, the clients must hold at least one valid sailing certificate/license.

EMBARKATION/ DISEMBARKATION TIME:
Embarkation time: Till 17:00
Disembarkation time: Till 09:00 (Clients must be back at Base the previous day until 17:00 for Check-out procedure)

 VAT 12% (subject to conditions)
 Bed linen/towels/ blankets
 Dinghy with outboard engine
 Mooring fees for the first and last night at Base
 One full spare bottle of gas for cooking
 One 5L gasoline canister for the outboard engine

Cleaning fees depending on length:

Sailing yachts:
Up to 43 ft : 200 euro
44 – 49 ft : 270 euro
50 ft and above : 300 euro
Catamarans:
Up to 41 ft : 280 euro
42 ft – 47 ft : 350 euro
48 ft and above : 400 euro
 

DAMAGE WAIVER PLUS REDUCED SECURITY DEPOSIT :
Monohulls up to 43u0027 : 40 euro/day plus security deposit 600€
Monohulls 44’ to 49u0027 : 50 euro/day plus security deposit 600€
Monohulls above 50’ : 60 euro/day plus security deposit 700€
Catamarans up to 41u0027 : 50 euro/day plus security deposit 600€
Catamarans 42u0027 and above : 60 euro/day plus security deposit 700€

*Lagoon 51 u0026 Performance sailing yachts3 are excluded from the list above and normal security deposit is applied depending on boat model.
For Flotillas and Regattas, damage waiver is not applicable and normal security deposit depending on boat model must be applied.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS4:
 Wi-fi router: 100 euro/week
 SUP: 150 euro/week
 Electric scooter: 150 euro/week (not available at every base)
 Safety net: 250 euro
 Automatic lifejackets: 20 euro per person (not available at every base)
 Pet onboard: double cleaning fees required
 Professional skipper: 190 euro/day
 Professional Hostess: 173 euro/day
 Professional cook: 200 euro per day
 Check in on Sunday: 150 euro
 Crew change – Change of contract5: 100 euro

Crew conditions:
 The prices above do not include provisioning. If monetary compensation is mutually agreed, the clients must pay extra 25 euro to each crew member per day.
 The crew requires their own cabin and WC/shower.
 

Hostess/Cook obligations:
 Hostess is responsible for preparing two meals per day (breakfast and light lunch) as well as keeping the common areas tidy.
 Cook is responsible for preparing three meals per day.

ASSISTANCE:
Clients requiring assistance should inform the Base Manager without delay and then he will endeavor to put things right asap. On condition that the Charterer will cooperate in such efforts, HELLENIC YACHTING will make the biggest possible effort to resolve the issue within 24 hours but understandably this may not be feasible in remote locations.
In case the Client fails to either respond to communications or to comply with the instructions provided by the Base Manager, the Charterer shall forfeit any right to complaint.

COMPLAINTS:
HELLENIC YACHTING reserves the right to disregard any complaint which pertains to a condition that could be remedied during the charter and for which Charterer and/ or Skipper have failed to comply with the instructions and requirements of HELLENIC YACHTING necessary to remedy the cause of complaint. Charterer/Skipper do in such case forfeit any right to claim any compensation due to the complaint.

In case of complaint, notice must be given to HELLENIC YACHTING via written communication specifying the precise nature of the complaint within 24-hours of the event or occurrence, and not after the charter period has ended. Any claim or complaint received after the charter, may be disregarded.
