TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Subject to Istion Yachting SA Booking Terms and Conditions and Charter Party Terms and Conditions.
Price includes use of the vessel with her equipment as per Istion Yachting
Offer Statement and charter VAT as per current rate. Vessel shall be delivered with full tanks of fuel (yacht and dinghy) and water and must be re-delivered by Charterer full in fuel and water.
Charter Price does not include: Fuel and water consumption, crew (i.e. skipper / cook), berthing fees, provisioning, transfers, chartereru0027s expenses and extras.
Security Deposit Insurance is mandatory for skippered charters. Booking is not confirmed until 1st payment is cleared to Istion Yachting bank account stated above. Charter will take place
only if all payments are confirmed in cleared funds in due time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• For Cancellations announced 1 to 35 days prior to charter start date, 100% of the total charter price is due.
• For Cancellations announced 36 to 75 days prior to charter start date, 50% of the total charter price is due.
• For Cancellations announced before January 10th of charter’s execution year or more than 76 days prior to
charter start date, 30% of the total charter price is due
Best Price
Gain: 5% additional discount
Payments Conditions: 100% payment upon booking confirmation
Cancellation Conditions: no refund in case of cancellation for any reason
Applies to charters starting in 60 days or more.
Cancellation of Crew arrangements (Skipper/Hostess):
If notice of cancellation is given 1 to 35 days prior to departure 50% of agreed services price is due.
If notice of cancellation is given on departure date, 100% of total price.
No-show cancellation
100% of all amounts including charter price, mandatory/optional extras and any crew is due.
Istion Yachting cancellation guarantee:
In any event of cancellation, Istion Yachting guarantees that in case the yacht is re-let under same conditions (i.e. charter period, price etc.), any payments received will be credited for use on future charter booking.
Credit can be used only for future charters embarking no later than October 30th of the following year.
Charterer and Charter broker acknowledge having read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of booking and Charter Party.
Delivery of the yacht is offered to Charterer conditioned on acceptance by the Charterer without modification of the terms and conditions of Charter Party.
By taking delivery of the yacht, the Charterer confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions of Charter Party
